Master Sushi Chef: Shu Tsukada
◇Over 40 years of experience as a professional sushi chef.
◇Third generation master sushi chef from Japan.
◇He learned the craft at a young age from his father, who was a famous sushi chef in Japan.

1985: Teru Sushi on Sahara
He opened his first restaurant, Teru Sushi on Sahara.
2002: Teru Sushi at the Hilton Hotel
Hilton Hotel Las Vegas offered him to open his restaurant in the hotel.
2010: The owner of Hilton Hotel changed so he decided to leave the hotel and instead he decided to help other Sushi Restaurant improve.
2016: Sushi Hagi
He opened Sushi Hagi.
